1、Implementation of Technical Service and Quality Assurance System

Benefiting from more than 20 years of accumulation in project engineering practices, our company has accumulated extensive experience and mature technologies to address various faults arising during the operation of spiral welded pipe complete equipment, laying a solid foundation for supplying clients with compliant and reliable equipment as well as supporting services.

Our enterprise employs professional technicians specializing in the design and manufacture of spiral welded pipe equipment at home and abroad. We carry out project-level technical cooperation with experts and scholars from University of Science and Technology Beijing, Tianjin University of Technology, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, North University of China and other institutions. We are capable of resolving special technical difficulties that may emerge throughout design, fabrication, installation and commissioning phases with sufficient technical backup.

The performance and quality of our non-standard metallurgical equipment shall strictly comply with industrial standards GB/T 9711.2, GB/T 9711.3 and international standard API SPEC 5L.

Our company has vigorously promoted the quality management system since 2012. We have established and optimized the internal quality management system in accordance with ISO 9000 requirements, and strictly implement the Quality Manual and Quality Procedure Documents.

Certified to ISO 9000:2008 Quality Management System in 2012;

Certified to ISO 9000:2008 Quality Management System in 2015;

Certified to ISO 9000:2015 Quality Management System in 2021.

The after-sales service system consists of the Project Department, Customer Service Department, Technical Department and other professional functional departments with sound organizational structure and efficient cross-departmental coordination. Supported by a comprehensive quality assurance and service management mechanism, our service system adheres to the customer-centric core principle of the updated quality management system, so as to deliver qualified products and satisfactory services for global customers.

2、Service Commitments and After-sales Support Guarantee

2.1、We provide comprehensive pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales full-cycle services.

2.2、Upon entry into force of the contract, the Supplier shall provide the Demanding Party with technical documents relevant to the project.

2.3、Opinions and suggestions raised by your side shall be submitted to the Customer Service Department via standardized feedback procedures, and shall be properly and promptly handled with coordination from relevant departments within our service system.

2.4、 We provide full-process technical support and on-site installation guidance from the preparation stage of equipment installation through the completion of overall commissioning.

2.5、 For all complete sets of equipment designed and manufactured by our company, free maintenance and replacement shall be provided for defects caused by design or manufacturing flaws within the warranty period. Long-term technical consultation and technical support shall be available for the full set of equipment supplied by our company.

2.6、 The warranty period shall be 12 months starting from the date of acceptance upon completion of installation and commissioning of the project. After acceptance, on-site on-call service will be transferred to follow-up management by the after-sales department. Our professional engineers will conduct regular site visits to monitor the actual production operation status of the project and fully guarantee customer satisfaction.
